By accessing or using MythicDot.AI services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

MythicDot.AI provides AI infrastructure services including:

  • Unified Mesh Networking for device-to-LLM communication
  • Semantic Compression and Intent Token Protocol
  • Recursive Intelligence Engine for task automation
  • API access and developer tools

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Requirements

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 API Keys

API keys are confidential and should be treated as passwords. You are responsible for all API calls made with your keys.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Current pricing is available at mythicdot.ai/pricing.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Free Trial

Free trials are subject to fair usage limits. We reserve the right to convert trial accounts to paid subscriptions or terminate them at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Engage in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
  • Exceed rate limits or engage in denial-of-service activities
⚠️ Important: Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

MythicDot.AI retains all rights to our Services, including software, documentation, logos, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers receive:

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee
  • Service credits for downtime exceeding SLA
  • Priority incident response

Detailed SLA terms are provided separately to Enterprise customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: MythicDot.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason with reasonable notice.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our Services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
